Kohlrabi Seeds

Kohlrabi is a relative of cabbage. It is one of the most important sports nutrition products as it contains a lot of magnesium. It also contains calcium, vitamin A / B / C / K, iron, and selenium. It grows in different colours but tastes the same no matter what colour it is. Kohlrabi is used for soups, sauces, salads and raw vegetables trays. Additionally the young leaves can be used like spinach.
