Description
This very fast-growing herb and salad vegetable is highly undemanding and suitable for cultivation under glass as well as outdoors. 'Ruca' is a fantastic complement to wild rocket. Milder in flavour than its wild relative, 'Ruca' makes a delicious addition to mixed salads.
Our Tips:
- Suitable for early and late sowing dates
- Germination temperature: 15 to 20°C
- Sowing rate: approx. 75 g per 100 m²; approx. 80 seeds per linear metre
- Suitable for open ground, greenhouses, and balcony planters
- For a continuous harvest, sow every three weeks starting from April
- Can be harvested up to three times (cut-and-come-again)
