Aubergine Seeds
Eggplants or Aubergines grow on up to 1 meter high shrubs. They need warm temperatures and should be grown on a sheltered, sunny spot. To allow the plant to mature, only five to seven fruits should be left on the bush. The plant needs support and should be bound to a frame since the fruit is relatively heavy. Do not wait too long to harvest because the fruits often taste bitter if they have been left on the plant too long.
