Description
Sunflowers are suitable as microgreens for topping dishes or as an ingredient in stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps and more. Their nutty, intense flavour brings crisp freshness to your plate and makes every meal a highlight.
Microgreens:
- Soak seeds for 6 hours and then spread well in a tray (with soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper if necessary) and sow not too densely, place in a bright place & allow to germinate.
- water 2 times a day.
The seedlings can be kept refrigerated and sealed for a few days. Pay attention to hygiene when growing.
