The exotic mouse melon is a delightful delicacy with its refreshing, sweet-and-sour flavour. Although these miniature cucumbers resemble tiny watermelons, they grow to just 2 to 4 cm in length. They are ideal for eating fresh, adding to salads, or pickling.
