Description
The Golden Egg Eggplant is a beautiful ornamental plant that grows white, egg-shaped fruit. As the plant matures the fruit turn golden brown.
Tip : Frequently shaking the plant promotes pollination. The fruit can be served roasted, baked or steamed and seasoned with lemon juice, olive oil, onions, garlic, oregano, tarragon or thyme.
