Description
Organic Cress Sprouts
- The Romans originally brought garden cress to Europe after travelling to Persia. Watercress is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C and D and contains iron, calcium and folic acid.
- Sprouts taste great on spreads based on mayonnaise, cheese and eggs and are great as a garnish on buttered bread. The strong flavour of the sprouts make them perfect for seasoning!
