Description
This early variety requires light, well-drained, moist soil enriched with compost. It produces large, scarlet-red, tasty, and juicy radishes. When planted as a catch crop, lettuce helps to deter flea beetles. Good companion plants in the garden bed include cress, beans, tomatoes, spinach, cabbage, and carrots.
