Description
The Meronda variety of aubergines are particularly great for making Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. They taste great pureed, grilled, cooked or filled and can also be used for making desserts.
The pear-shaped fruit can be harvested early when they are about 16-18cm long. They have an average diameter of 10-12cm.
