- Grow all year round in bowls
- Only harvest the leaves and stems
- Do not eat the roots
- Germination temperature: approx. 20 ° C
- Harvest the sprouts: after 5-6 days
- Harvest the microgreens: after 8-10 days
Growing instructions for sprouts:
- Rinse the seeds in a sieve under running water and distribute them in a shallow bowl. Rinse the seeds twice a day with fresh, not too cold tap water. Place the bowl in a light - but not sunny - place and let the seeds germinate.
Growing instructions for microgreens:
- Sow the seeds as evenly as possible in a bowl with soil and keep them moist. Water the seeds thoroughly at least once a day (especially over the first few days).
