Description
This plant is not a hybrid propagated by cuttings, but by root division. The shrub-like spice should not be missing in any herb garden and looks particularly beautiful in flowerbeds. In the middle of July, the plant starts to bloom, attracting numerous beneficial insects likes bees, bumblebees and butterflies. The leaves have a flavour that is a cross between savoury and thyme. As a seasoning, it can be used for any recipe where you would usually use Herbs de Provence.
