Description
Try artichoke flowers steamed for a tasty treat! The leaves can be covered with a burlap sack to bleach them (cover for about 3 weeks). Pull off the outer petals, steam and enjoy dipped in butter.
Planting: soak the seeds in chamomile tea overnight. In April, pre-cultivate under glass or plant outdoors in late May. Cover in winter in cases of heavy frost.
