Description

This giant kohlrabi is slow-growing and bolt-resistant. It produces bulbs weighing up to 8 kg - or up to 1.5 kg when planted in early July - with flesh that remains non-woody, butter-tender, and powerfully aromatic. These bulbs can be stored until March.

Our Tips:

  • Germination temperature: 18 to 20°C
  • Move to a cooler spot after germination (but not below 12°C)
  • Do not plant too deeply
  • Harden off the first plantings of the year
