Are you looking for a reliable iceberg lettuce for your vegetable bed? Laibacher Eis 4 from Bingenheimer Saatgut has beautiful yellow-green leaves with a red tinge that taste delicious with a crispy freshness. The variety is medium-firm, late-bolting and ideal for the entire outdoor season.
Whether as a whole head or baby leaves, this lettuce grows well and is robust against downy mildew. Perfect for gardeners who value quality and taste!
Tip: The seeds are light germinators and prefer very little cover. In very warm weather, you can store the sowing tray in a cool place for around 10 hours immediately after sowing, as germination may be inhibited if the temperature is too high.
