Description
This fresh mix can be easily grown on a windowsill, so you can enjoy delicious, home-harvested sprouts all year round. With their varied range of flavours, they refine a wide variety of dishes and bring a special touch to your kitchen.
- Contents: 30% alfalfa, 10% brown lentils, 10% red lentils, 40% mung beans, 10% radish
Our tips:
- Germination temperature: 18 to 22 °C
- Pre-soak the seeds in water overnight
- Place the sprouting jar in a bright place without direct sunlight
- Harvest the sprouts after three to five days
- The ready-to-eat sprouts can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, but should be rinsed again before consumption
