Similar to corn salad. Grows up to 30 cm if uncut. Young leaves have a nutty flavor.
Use:
The young leaves are used raw for all kinds of salads, especially mayonnaise salads, and can also be served hot as a vegetable. For this purpose, cook for about 10 minutes.
