Similar to lamb's lettuce, grows up to 30 cm. Young leaves have a nutty flavor.
Use:
The young leaves are used raw for all kinds of salads, especially mayonnaise salads. They are also great with raw food or eaten as a vegetable. For this purpose, they are cooked for about 10 minutes.
