Banana trees are one of the most unusual plants. The Kenyan banana trees are one of the smaller species of banana trees and grow to about 1.5 metres high in a planter. They grow 1 metre long leaves and after 2 to 3 years, they grow fruit.
The plants are native to Africa and also grow in tropical South America.
