Description
Radish sprouts and microgreens are packed with flavour and have a mildly peppery taste. They are a great topping and also a decorative touch. They add fresh colour and crunch to stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps and more.
Sprouts:
- Rinse the seeds and soak for 6-8 hours.
- Place them in a sprouting jar in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
- Rinse several times with fresh water.
Microgreens:
- Spread the seeds evenly in a tray (use soil, cotton wool or kitchen paper if desired). Do not sow too densely.
- Place in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
- Water twice a day.
The sprouts or microgreens can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few days. Please ensure proper hygiene during the growing process.
