Sprout.ing Organic Daikon Radish, 40 grams

A highlight on your table - daikon radish sprouts or microgreens are a tasty and decorative topping and ingredient in a range of dishes. They add a crisp, fresh touch and intense flavour to stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps and much more.

Sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds and soak for 6-8 hours.
• Place them in a sprouting jar in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
• Rinse several times with fresh water.

Microgreens:

• Spread the seeds evenly in a tray (use soil, cotton wool or kitchen paper if desired). Do not sow too densely.
• Place in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
• Water twice a day.

The sprouts or microgreens can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a few days. Please ensure proper hygiene during the growing process.
