These adzuki bean sprouts are easy to grow on the windowsill, so you can enjoy delicious, home-grown sprouts all year round. With their crunchy, sweet flavour, they enhance Asian dishes and add a fresh crunch to your meals.
Our tips:
- Germination temperature: 18 to 22 °C
- Pre-soak the seeds in water overnight
- Place the sprouting jar in a bright spot without direct sunlight
- Harvest the sprouts after three to five days
- The ready-to-eat sprouts can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, but should be rinsed again before consumption
