Description
These mung bean sprouts can be easily grown on the windowsill, so you can enjoy delicious, home-grown sprouts all year round. With their sweet, nutty flavour, they are a great addition to Asian dishes and more.
Our tips:
- Germination temperature: 18 to 22 °C
- Pre-soak the seeds in water overnight
- Place the sprouting jar in a bright spot without direct sunlight
- Harvest the sprouts after three to five days
- The ready-to-eat sprouts can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, but should be rinsed again before consumption
