Description
If you've never tried adding fenugreek sprouts to a delicious sandwich, you don't don't know what you're missing. The spicy and slightly bitter taste adds a wonderful freshness - once you've tried them, you'll never want to do without.
Instructions:
- Pre-soak the seeds in water overnight.
- Distribute evenly in a suitable container.
- Choose a bright location without direct sunlight.
- Rinse two to three times daily.
- The sprouts are ready to eat within a few days.
- Storage in the refrigerator is possible for a few days.
- Rinse with plenty of water before each consumption.
- Extra tip: After five to eight days, the sprouts turn into delicious microgreens.
