These exotic leafy vegetables can be used in a variety of ways. The stalks of asparagus lettuce can be harvested and cooked before flowering. The young leaves are also suitable for consumption, raw or cooked. They taste wonderful in the summer!
The asparagus can reach a height of up to 120 cm and the harvest weight of the stalks is between 500-800g.
