Sonnenerde Compost Activator, 30 l

This compost activator makes it easy to produce Terra Preta, a highly fertile black soil, at home. It contains biochar, primary rock dust and the right microbiology in precisely balanced proportions and in organic quality. This helps transform compost into valuable Terra Preta. Nutrient loss during composting can be reduced, while more high-quality compost is produced. The Schwarzerde created in this way can bind more atmospheric nitrogen, meaning no additional fertilisation of crops is required.

How to use:
Mix in the compost activator regularly when building up your compost heap. For best results, ensure it is mixed in as thoroughly as possible. The ideal application rate is around 10% by volume, equivalent to three bags of compost activator per cubic metre of starting compost material.
