Description
Winter purslane, also known as miner's lettuce or Cuban spinach, is winter hardy and can be harvested several times when grown under protection. If cultivated outdoors, harvesting usually takes place in spring. The variety does not germinate as well at temperatures that are too high. Protected cultivation is easily possible from August to February.
