The light green Verde di Macerata cauliflower is distinguished by its fine texture and beautifully round, compact shape. It produces large, firm heads weighing up to 1 kg and retains its attractive colour even after cooking. Ready for harvest after approximately 90 days, this variety is the result of careful conservation breeding by Sativa in Rheinau.
