Description
This fast-growing variety of edible corn forms long, narrow cobs with soft, black seeds. They are great for tortillas and, together with a third part of conventional corn, make an appealing pink polenta.
This variety was recognized as an old or rare variety by the ProSpecieRara foundation, which is committed to maintaining the diversity of varieties. Sativa is dedicated to the preservation and care of traditional varieties in long-term cooperation with ProSpecieRara.
