Description

These germinated alfalfa seeds have a refreshing, slightly tart, nutty taste. They taste best raw on bread, sandwiches, as a salad ingredient or sprinkled over a stir-fry or soup.
- Germination temperature: approx. 20 ° C
- Harvest sprouts: after 5-6 days
- Harvest microgreens: after 8-10 days
Growing instructions for growing sprouts:
- Rinse the seeds in a sieve under running water and distribute them in a shallow bowl. Rinse the seeds twice a day with fresh, not too cold tap water. Place the bowl in a light - but not sunny - place and let the seeds germinate.
Instructions for growing microgreens:
