Description
Enjoy the intensely nutty and spicy taste of bioSnacky Wellness Sprouts by Rapunzel. They are quick and easy to grow and can be grown all year no matter the season! Perfect when sprinkled on soups and salads and a wide variety of other dishes.
The mix contains the following seeds:
- Mung bean seeds
- Red clover seeds
- Lentil seeds
- Radish seeds
Growing tips:
- Soak in water for 12 hours before germinating.
- Use about 2 tablespoons of seeds per germination jar or germination dish.
- The formation of fibrous roots is possible.
- Soak twice a day.
- Rinse thoroughly with water before consumption.
- The optimal germination temperature is between 18 and 22 °C.
- Germination period: 3 to 5 days.
