Description
Rapunzel's Vital Mix is perfect for growing your own mixed sprouts on the windowsill at home. The mix of lentil seeds, radish seeds, mung bean seeds and red clover seeds tastes wonderful as a topping on salads, bread or mixed with cream cheese. A wonderful combination of sweet, nutty and slightly spicy tastes.
Tip: Soak in fresh water for six to eight hours before germinating. Optimal germination temperature: 18 - 22 °C. The germination period is about four days.
