Description

These Alfalfa sprout seeds are organically grown in Europe. The sprouts have a mild, nutty flavour and are ideal in salads, smoothies, summer rolls, dips and more. The sprouts are ready to harvest the sprouts after seven to eight days.

Tips for use:

  • Soak for four hours before sprouting.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of sprout seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar.
  • Water twice a day.
  • Ideal germination temperature: 18 - 22 °C.
  • Do not consume before the 7th day.
