Description
Aztec tobacco is an old type of tobacco with a particularly high nicotine content, almost twice as high as classic virgin tobacco. After fermentation, it develops a light violet aroma and is therefore often used to make hookah tobacco blends. The asiatica selection is characterised by a particularly floral aroma. The leaves can also be used to make a decoction that can be used as a natural insecticide. However, caution is advised, as nicotine is highly toxic.
