Description
"Reine des Pourpres" bush bean is a particularly decorative and productive variety with deep purple pods. When cooked, the beans turn green while retaining their delicate flavour. The young pods are tender and can even be eaten raw – perfect for fresh summer salads. Thanks to its robust nature, it also performs well in cooler regions and partially shaded garden spots.
