Description
Physalis is a particularly vigorous plant that grows yellow fruits. The plant can reach a height of 1 - 1.5 m. The fruits taste tangy and sweet and have a lantern-like wrapping. They are suitable for fresh consumption and for making jellies and jams. They are often served as edible decorations for desserts.
