Description
Peppermint is a versatile herb - whether as a tea, in desserts, in salads or to season a variety of dishes, peppermint delights the palate with its bright, refreshing flavour. It is easy to grow both in the ground and in pots and can be dried, frozen or pickled for preserving.
Tips:
- Light germinator - do not cover the seeds with soil, just press them down lightly
- After germination, transplant 4 to 5 seedlings per pot and continue growing in a slightly cooler place
- Plant in the outdoors starting in mid-May
