Description
The special feature of the "Delikateß blauer" kohlrabi variety is its gorgeous colouring - red on the outside and white on the inside. The round tuber is tender and has a strong, savoury taste. Plus, its young leaves are also delicious. Simply prepare like spinach and enjoy!
Note:
- Start by sowing in the beginning of March in trays under glass or in a cold frame.
- Transplant approximately 4-6 weeks after sowing.
- To protect against diseases, plant cabbage varieties in the same bed 3-4 years apart.
- A vegetable net protects it from pests.
