Description
This poppy is simply stunning with its bright red blossoms, both in flower beds and as a cut flower in vases. Plus, it is a valuable food source for beneficial insects in the garden.
Our tips:
- Thin out early when growing in trays
- When growing in pots, sow 2 to 3 seeds per pot
- Add a plant support from April
- For cut flowers, cut when the buds open and show colour
- Prune back to the ground after flowering
