Description
The combination of basil and tomato is simply unbeatable. But basil also adds a wonderful flavour to several other dishes as well with its fine, mild aroma. The leaves and shoot tips can be used fresh, frozen or processed into pesto.
Tips:
- Light germinator - do not cover the seeds with soil, just press them down lightly
- Can be sown indoors all year round
- After germination, transplant 3 to 4 seedlings into pots and continue growing in a slightly cooler place
- Transplant outdoors from mid-May
