Description

This special arch narrows the oven opening to help retain heat and dramatically increase the air temperature. For high-hydration doughs, this creates the ideal conditions for a strong rise in just 45 to 60 seconds. Made from durable 304 stainless steel, the accessory also helps shorten heat-up times and improve fuel efficiency.
