This organic sprout mix with 37.5% radishes, 37.5% mung beans and 25% wheat has a spicy-fresh taste and can be added to numerous dishes.
Our tips:
- Rinse seeds thoroughly with clean water before sowing
- Soak seeds for 10 hours before sowing for faster germination
- Germination temperature: 18 to 22°C
- Spread the seeds evenly and water two to three times a day
