Description
The 'Eminence' winter endive is a fast-growing, high-yielding variety featuring densely packed heads with a high proportion of tender yellow hearts. It is resistant to leaf-tip burn and can be grown year-round, provided the correct sowing times are followed. The leaves have a pleasant, mild-bitter flavour, making them perfect for fresh salads.
