The "Gleisdorfer" Oil Pumpkin is a vigorous, robust climbing variety that provides hull-less, nutty pumpkin seeds. The flesh of the 3–7 kg fruits can be used like zucchini, grated into cakes, or baked into bread. The large fruits are also perfect for creative autumn decorations. The seeds can be eaten raw or roasted.
