Description

This annual summer savory can be harvested right up until it begins to bloom. Succession sowing also allows for a continuous harvest throughout the season. Its delicate flowers serve as a valuable food source for bees and other pollinators.

Our Tips:

  • Light germinator: Do not cover the seeds with soil; simply press them gently into the surface.
  • For a second crop, sow again in July.
  • A fantastic addition to pulse dishes (beans, lentils, and peas).
