Description
Lollo Bionda is similar to Lollo Rossa, but unlike its counterpart, it produces bright green leaves. These are an excellent-tasting addition to colourful mixed salads.
Our Tips:
- Also suitable for unheated greenhouses
- Summer sowings should be done in the evening and shaded with fleece — temperatures above 20°C can hinder or prevent seed germination
- Do not sow too deeply
- Bolting is a stress response — caused by being planted too densely, or by being too dry or too hot
