Description
The 'Neckarperle' cauliflower is a traditional variety, highly prized for its exceptional flavour. The heads (curds) are pure white with a fine, grainy texture. Its open foliage makes it easier to cover the heads later in the season to protect their colour.

- Starting seeds indoors (early sowing) is almost always necessary.
- Cauliflower requires a very sunny location.
- Moist, deep soil with high humus and nutrient levels is essential.
