Description
Endives are late summer lettuces. You can eat them as a salad or serve them warm by preparing the endives like spinach or chard. The slightly bitter taste and the pinnate leaves offer both decoration and enjoyment.
Tip:
- Plant the seeds from March to September directly into the ground, at a distance of 30 to 50 cm.
- Weed and water abundantly!
