Description
The flavour of the cut garlic is reminiscent of a mixture of leeks and garlic. It is perfect for decorating and seasoning soups, salads, sauces and spreads. They can also be used to refine meat and fish dishes.
This portion of seeds grows about 40 heads of garlic with about a 10cm diameter if grown under good conditions.
