A particularly high yield, resistant variety with long, sweet-tasting, medium to dark green pods. Height approx 55 cm.
Use:
- Cook the peas for salads or appetizers. They are also delicious in casseroles or strudels, or mixed veggies with carrots. Try them in soups or in risotto. They can also be frozen.
