Description
German packaging: Bio Mangold "Roter Vulkan"
With its red stems and reddish green leaves, this Swiss chard is very pretty and looks lovely in your garden. The leaves can be cooked like spinach and the red stems can be used like asparagus. These keep their colour even after cooking.
